The Policies Of My Practice:

Fees:

My fee is $ 90.00 for a 55 minute hour or $ 80.00 for a 45 minute hour for individuals

My fee for couples is $ 100.00 for a 55 minute hour.

Insurance Accepted:

At this time I am unable to accept any insurance.

Cancellation policy:

There is no charge for appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of time are charged full fee.

Emergency Care/ Contact Out Side of Scheduled Session:

When I am out of town there is no on-call back up for my practice. I provide non-emergency care, it may take me up to 24 hours to return your call. Calls over 5 minutes in length will be charged to you.

Supervision/Consultation/Second Opinion:

My supervisor is Ken Norem, Ph.D.. He reviews a portion of my cases every other week. We discuss the presenting problems, the process and course of treatment of the cases I present. I may or may not present your particular case with Ken Norem, PH.D..

If you wish to seek a second opinion from: Ken Norem, Ph.D. this can be arranged. You will cover the consultation fees.

Individual and Couples Therapy:

If you are currently in a couple/marital relationship, your partner should be informed of your participation in therapy and have information necessary to contact me if they wish to join you with your permission. Studies indicate that individual therapy for only one spouse can put a marriage at risk for divorce.
